If you know your password you can reset your password by
going to Zaks.com, click on
Webmail on the top left of the page and login using your
complete email address and password. Click on preferences on
the lower left and enter your new password. The password you choose must be at
least six characters in length and cannot exceed thirty characters.
Additionally, it must contain at least one letter (regardless of case) and
either one number or one special character. Whitespace characters are not
allowed.
If you don't remember your password - if you know who the
administrator of your domain is contact them and they can reset your password.
If you have access to another email address you can email us at staff@zaks.com
and we will reset your password and email you the new password or call us during
regular business hours 9am - 5 pm Monday - Friday at 585-594-9140.
